Our Story

In early 2022, three women initiated regular meetings to explore the possibility of documenting the home care provided to their shared client, Lucy, who was living with dementia. Brynne Hicks, a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), fulfilled the role of Care Manager; Lori Kunkel contributed as one of the Companions/Caregivers, while Judy Schiller, MA served as the Daily Money Manager and the original creator of The Purple Nest home-care model.
